On the 1,200 square meters property there are also lawns, well-kept flowerbeds, two ornamental fountains, and a barbecue area.
Aghios Konstantinos
is a small village above the bay of Rethymnon by the side of the country road that runs from the Old National Road southwards to the bigger village of Roustika.

When turning into the Old National Road westwards in the direction of Hania, you will pass the bigger village of Episkopi, and from there the road continues northwards to the New National Road and to the beach of Kavros which spreads over a distance of 16 kms along the Almira Bay from Georgioupolis in the West almost until Cape Korakes in the East.
When however turning into the Old National Road eastwards in the direction of Rethymnon, you will come to the bigger village of Atsipopoulo which has shops of many kind, among others a well-assorted supermarket.
